Refund and Returns Policy

Exchange and return request

Buyer shall notify Grev Jewellery in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days, (beginning with the day after Buyer received the products). If 14 calendar days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn and properly packaged in its original packaging. To return an order for an exchange or refund, please email us using the contact form on our website. The products should be returned to Grev Jewellery within fourteen (14) days following the Return Request.

Jewelry of proper quality is not subject to exchange or return. Jewelry is returned in cases where: The goods are of inadequate quality. The buyer can return/exchange goods of inadequate quality during the period mentioned above by contacting us using the contact form

We may ask for:

  • Photograph of goods of inadequate quality;
  • An explanation indicating product defects (clearly visible in the photo);
  • Scanning copy of the buyer’s identity document

Important!

Exchanges will be processed upon receiving and accepting the returned items/products. Exchange processing time usually takes up to 5-10 business days. 

Refund

  • Sale/discounted items of more than 15% (including products on which the discount applies to the order) are not subject to refund.
  • If free shipping was applied to the return order, shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

Refund processing payment begins upon receipt of the returned item/products. Refund processing time is 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and payment method as the original purchase. Any difference in the amount refunded is due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank charges and is not refundable.
